Set up your SIM phone
On the Android phone that has your SIM, choose “Use this as the SIM phone.” Allow the required SMS and phone access, then choose the line to share.
Connect a reading phone
Open Link My Phone on the reading phone. Use the Link Code, QR code, or Link My Phone connection link. Confirm the matching number on both phones.
Messages are not arriving
Make sure both phones have internet access. On the SIM phone, open Settings and review Delivery details. Saved texts will appear when the connection returns.
Purchases, cancellation, and restore
Purchases and cancellations are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Use Restore purchase in Link My Phone when the same store account already has a plan.
Plan recovery
If you added a recovery email, choose “I have a plan” and request a new link or six-digit code. Do not send that link or code to support.
